Because these Terms and Conditions impose legal obligations upon you, it is important that you read them carefully. 1. Program Overview

Cent Rewardz is an online marketplace platform operated and maintained by Novus Loyalty on behalf of Central Bank of India. The platform enables customers to review reward points accrued in their account and redeem those points for products or services offered by partner organizations.

The products and services available on this platform are provided solely by merchants or partners. Central Bank of India and Novus Loyalty do not directly sell these products or services and do not guarantee their availability, quality, or suitability.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Membership access to the Cent Rewardz platform is open to all Central Bank of India customers. Your membership shall remain valid as long as your banking relationship remains active and you comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Cent Rewardz Points

Earning: Reward points may be earned through eligible transactions using your Central Bank of India debit card at Point of Sale (POS) or online transactions.

Credit Timeline: Points earned will generally be credited within seven (7) working days from the transaction date.

Redemption: Points can be redeemed only through the official Cent Rewardz platform or designated partner outlets.

Expiry: All reward points are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the transaction date unless otherwise specified. Unredeemed points will automatically expire after the validity period.

4. Changes to Terms

Novus Loyalty and Central Bank of India reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Website Usage & Content Ownership

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Novus Loyalty and/or its partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of website content is prohibited.

6. Flight Booking Terms

Customers may book flights directly through the platform. Applicable airline charges, taxes, and service fees shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellation or modification charges are determined by the airline and may vary. Any cancellation initiated through the platform may attract a processing fee of up to three percent (3%) of the total amount.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days after confirmation from the airline or service provider.

7. Gift Voucher Terms

• Gift vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
• Vouchers must be redeemed in full and cannot be partially redeemed.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No duplicate voucher will be issued if lost or misplaced.
• Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated.

8. Product Catalogue Terms

• All products are subject to availability and seller warranty conditions.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier logistics.
• Novus Loyalty reserves the right to modify product listings without prior notice.
• The platform does not guarantee product quality, availability, or performance.

9. No Warranty

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NOVUS LOYALTY OR CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novus Loyalty, Central Bank of India, and their employees, partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Novus Loyalty reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration and jurisdiction shall be Mumbai, India.
